Negotiating the price and trade-in allowance was painless and fair. At no point did I feel rushed into deciding what to do, nor was I required to play the obnoxious time consuming "let me check with my manager" negotiation tactic. Once I settled on the car I wanted, we both worked toward the same goal-gettting me my car at a fair price. Since our objective was the same we came to a fair price very quickly and paperwork was a snap. Overall, I was impressed by the client oriented culture at Porsche Westwood. It was a series of firedrills (buyer fault, not dealership) but everyone, esoecially our sales person Juan, never made it feel that way. They were friendly, and calm and efficient!!
