Eric, I'm writing to you today about an experience I had with your service department. During this most recent cold snap my battery died. I had to jump start it each time I needed to drive. I called service to schedule a drop off and as I thought you were extremely busy. My go to is normally Annie. She set me up with a loaner and called when the service was completed. I almost had a heart attack when I was told the price of a new battery. Annie noticed that my warrantee expired 31 days prior and asked me if I could wait just a little bit longer while she made some calls. To my surprise Annie informed me that Subaru was extending a one time good will and picked up the price of the battery ($500 with tax). I can't begin to tell you how that made me feel. She certainly didn't need to do that. Every visit I have with Dean is a great experience due in large part to Annie. She is always (up), friendly, professional, knowledgeable and as she displayed this time thorough. Thanks for being my go to service department.
I worked with 2 different sales rep that were not pushy, but truly interested in getting me a car that worked for me and my family. Highly recommend the personal feel and communication at Dean Team Ballwin.
Shanon was extremely helpful and kind! We had a bit of an emergency with a drill bit in our tire. And we were needing to head out of town!! They squeezed us in and got it fixed! Excellent customer service!
