My service rep was very nice and courteous. He took time to explain the issue with my car. It didn’t take too long to get the work done. Always appreciate the car wash.

I couldn’t remember the exact service I came for but once my service manager Chase saw me, he remembered what I needed.
This is an excellent dealership. I did not have an appointment, but Michael took my car in anyways. An oil change and tire rotation plus Differential service was all that was required. The shuttle driver Doug took me to a local restaurant to wait. I just sat down and Michael called to say the service was completed. Well done Honda. We love doing business with Shottenkirk Honda.
