Had my Nissan Titan recently serviced at Zeigler Nissan of Orland Park and can't tell you how happy I was with everything. They kept me informed of the service of my vehicle and made sure I got everything that I came in for. Austin at the dealership is wonderful to work with and you won't be sorry going there.
The service was quick and painless. My car was in for an oil change and when another issue was found it was fixed and back to me the next day. They did a full inspection but didn’t pressure me into doing all the work that day which was much appreciated. We will be back. Special thanks to Tony!

When you have a multi-point inspection…as a customer I would assume that suggestions for work/maintenance are issues that were actually inspected not just a suggestion due to mileage. I had 3 “critical” points, listed in RED that supposedly needed immediate attention - it did not. In fact - 2 of the items had already been addressed so no actual inspection actually happened.
Very nice personnel, friendly, comfortable waiting area. Technicians are very well trained and fix it right the first time service advisor really knows how to make you feel at home if I ever buy another car I’m coming to this dealership for my next purchase.
