Since we were coming down from central PA, we did as much as possible over the phone and online. Buddy Price was great to work with. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to make this a successful and pleasant buying experience. The business part went very well and was also a pleasant experience. Everyone at Koons was very friendly and helpful.

Everyone was professional, informative and patient with all the questions myself and husband had. To make it worse we came into the dealership late in the evening Pa. Still Everyone was friendly and professional.
Oil change and tire rotation was quick and smooth, in and out. Great service adviser!
The staff at the service center performed well in determining the issue affecting our Blazer and the gentleman who worked with us kept us well informed of progress.
