Nine months ago I bought a BMW X6, it was a smooth process-zero pressure. Three weeks ago it was totaled by baseball size hail we encountered coming home from Colby. Purchasing a vehicle out of state can be a scary experience. When I found a unique vehicle listed at Long McArthur over 10 hours away from me, I knew I needed to move quickly to secure a deal. Mike Mull was my salesperson and he went above and beyond throughout the entire process. From making an introductory video and being my eyes, ears, and nose on the ground sharing insight along with additional pictures & videos to ease my worries along the way. On top of all that, this particular vehicle had a special paint and I was worried about the wash process and chemicals used. Mike did his own research and went, bought the special soap, and he went in personally washed the car on a Sunday. I was so thankful for him going above and beyond to address my concerns about the paint care. All of this was for a used car even, not even a new one, which makes it that much more impressive.
