Matthew was very professional and helpful being that I had a fracture that I just found out about and I wasn't able to walk. He had me sign in the waiting room lobby so that I didn't have to walk that much.
I was greeted with a friendly smile to be checked in as soon as I arrived and my technician was informed I was there. I waited for my vehicle. There was water available, as well as a work space that I put to use. Snacks were available for purchase.
