Problem with UConnect. Thought I would save time by going to a nearby Ram dealer to service my vehicle. Not a good decision...it sat in their lot for (4) days. Even though it was 25 minutes away, I decided to go back where I bought my Ram.....Golling, Bloomfield, MI. Right decision! All professional...from the time I dropped it off until picking it up 2 days later. Thank you to Mike B in the service dept. ,who kept me constantly informed, and to the mechanic who spent several hours in finding, then fixing the problem.
