While we were sitting in the lot waiting for AAA, Louis and Kaitlin came over to check on us and see if we needed help. Louis went above and beyond—he offered to change our tire right there, and he did it with such kindness and no hesitation. I can’t thank him enough. It wasn’t even part of his job, but he didn’t think twice. I’m so grateful for the genuine care and help we received.
