We had a very complicated situation and specific vehicle we were looking for and Ronnie did everything he could to help us out. Ronnie was the consummate professional. Extremely friendly, helpful and when he didn't know an answer, he took the time to research and get the information to us in a timely (not pushy) manner. Even though we didn't end up purchasing a vehicle with Ronnie, just based on our interactions, I would highly recommend him and the dealership.
I was emailing with Steve Meloney in sales and I highly recommend dealing with him if you're in the market for a Mercedes. He was very friendly, open, and honest. The E-class I was looking at had just sold before I contacted them, so I wasn't able to make a deal, but Steve was great to work with and replied back to my emails right away. You should ask for him by name if you want a hassle-free experience.
