Our 2014 BMW was totaled, all the wires in the dash were chewed by mice! We went to Neillo BMW to get the bad news and weren’t planning on buying another car just then, but staff there were so attentive, friendly and helpful that we decided to check out some of their used Mini’s and X3’s. We were there for at least 3 or 4 hours and very well taken care of by Fatima and a number of other staff. We ended up buying a beautiful 2021 X3. We love it!
