I'd recommend this dealer with caveats. They continually try to upsell me on services I don't need (both per the owner's manual and in consultation with other, non-dealer mechanics), AND they have now instituted a 3% fee for using a credit card. I expressed my displeasure with the new fee if I choose to use a credit card. The service tech said it was a corporate Toyota decision, not a local dealer decision. I'm not sure I believe that. In any case, beware of being continually pressured to have services done that are not necessary, and of this new (August 2025) credit card fee.
Roger, Carl and the other service staff I encountered were all friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable-- I was nervous to take my RAV4 to the dealership for service because I thought it would be too expensive, but it was less than expected and the level of service far surpassed my expectations. I'm really glad to have such a great Toyota service dept. here in Santa fe! Oh, and Ernie got me to and from my home as quick as can be-- 5 star service all around!
Since my 2013 Tacoma has over 328,000 miles I rely on this service center to advise me on how to keep my truck running smoothly. So far, so good. Gives me great peace of mind.
Very fast, efficient and knowledgeable service. Comfortable waiting room. Always a pleasant experience at the service center.
