I’ve been with Toyota for quite some time and gone through several name changes of this particular dealership and with change comes the hard part of learning new people. I was lucky that on this particular day that I met Jaquelin Galaviz. She was wonderful and no pressure to buy so it made it easy for me to look at my new 4Runner and make that decision!
