I am very impressed with the 'new' management at Santa Fe, as I am with my service rep. Izaiah Ortega. He's the best, and always is thoughtful, professional, and considerate. I feel he goes beyond the normal call of duty at times, and it's much appreciated. It feels like a lot of happy folks working there these days.

Excellent service by the staff. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the new 3% surcharge on credit cards. No way Toyota needs that.
