She was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle but never pushy, allowing me the space to make decisions without any pressure. Her follow-up was impeccable. Easiest car buying experience ever! We truly were not planning on purchasing when we walked in, as we went in to finish our homework and decide if the QX60 was in the running still for a purchase we were going to make in the Fall. Darren greeted us and worked with us throughout our time and turned our not today into driving away in a 2025 QX60! There was never any pressure or awkward pushes. We are beyond pleased with our purchase and all the little extra touches and conversations we had with other team members. Darren did a great job in explaining the car and the pricing. Even the manager takes a personal interest in the customers. When you walk through the doors, you are greeted kindly by the receptionist and it begins there. Outstanding, caring customer service. May I just say that EVERYONE I have encountered at Infiniti of KC is amazing. I have always been exceptionally pleased with the genuine care and the knowledge of the service advisors, particularly Brendan. This week I had the pleasure of working with Tim O and John Cuezze for my used car purchase. These guys are amazing, patient, concerned with my satisfaction and, above all, KNOWLEDGEABLE!
