We bought our first minivan from Zimbrick, it was certified. It was awesome and Carlos Pelaez was great to work with. He is respectful, thoughtful, caring, I can't and wouldn't say anything negative about him with our experiences. He made it easy, fiduciary, is one word that comes to mind. So we went back 10 years later and bought another minivan from Zimbrick, from Carlos Pelaez, because it was such a pleasant experience. The financing guy wasn't as nice though. As soon as we turned down all the stupid gimmick warranty crap, he worked us out of there ASAP. But it was a Friday anyway, and he's a Bears fan.

I got an 8-y/o Mazda is excellent condition for under $5000 out-the-door at Zimbrick. I've had the car for over a year with no repairs needed. It feels like I have a new car. People have mistaken it for a late-model Mazda. They gave me a discount when I put cash on the table, but I saw them working out financing for people who want to go that route. I would recommend them to anyone. They had a lot of cars in the $12k range. If you want a $5k car, make that clear. They only have a few at the cheaper range, but if they know you're serious they'll find you a great car in the $5k range.

I give Zimbrick Saab a 5 Star Review. Their customer service is amazing, they are very knowledgeable and responsive and are sure to make you feel comfortable with your purchase. This was my very first car that I bought on my own, and the entire process was wonderful with Zimbrick. I live in Chicago and we handled everything over the phone and via email. They also were sure to keep me right at my price point, but put me in the exact car I wanted. The team worked dilligently to get me a Saab for my price point, which was much appreciated as it was my first purchased car. The process was very quick once I got to the dealership as well, as they explained in great detail all of the paperwork, what I needed to do to get it registered in Illinois and what I was getting for my money. I cannot praise Zimbrick Saab any more than I am. This was an easy and wonderful first car purchase experience and I would reccommend their services to everyone and anyone in the market for a car.

Setting appointment was easy and accomodated my schedule. Loaner car was available and waiting for me whne I arrived at the service center. Diagnosed the issues and called with an estimate. Prompt repair and at a reasonable cost. I had 2 springs, 2 rotors and fornt brakes installed in my Saab. The quality of service excellent and cost met my expectations.
