What an amazing experience at Mt. Kisco Honda!! This is my second car(in a row) that I have purchased from this particular dealership. I have owned many Honda cars over the past 25 years and I always do a fair amount of research before each purchase. No games and hard sale tactics. Like I said, I’ve owned many Honda’s over the years and sadly this is not simply the case at many other dealerships. It can be stressful and uncertain. Not at Mount Kisco Honda….. Joe Marrazino, was my Sales consultant. He was patience and helpful from beginning to the end. Spent a great deal of time with me and overall just had a great attitude and vibe. Throughout the negotiation Joe interacted with Jason Sanchez(Sales Manager) who also was instrumental in helping me into the right car for a fair price. Lastly, Jorge Avendano the finance manager, assisted me with my paperwork and financing. It was quick and and only took minutes. When he offered me the options of additional coverage for the vehicle there was no pressure. Usually, at this stage the hard sell comes in and at other dealerships in the past it has actually turned me on the sale. He presented and explained the options and let me decide for myself without any prompting. In 2017 I had exactly the same experience. Even though It was different staff at that time. It’s now 2025 and it’s a testament to how this dealership is run. I love my new Honda Accord. Even better than the Honda Civic Touring model I bought in 2017. Mount Kisco Honda has me as a customer for life. Thank-you Joe, Jason and Jorge!

The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They took the time to answer all my questions, helped me explore different options, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The dealership was clean, well-organized, and efficient with paperwork. The car was delivered in perfect condition, and everything was explained clearly. Experience was great but it took a really long time to make this happen. I spent a total of 4 hours and 10 minutes at the dealership on Saturday. It was a little much. But I appreciated everyone’s kindness and helpfulness.
I worked with Ibro he was very nice and helped me and my mom a lot.
