⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service at Mercedes-Benz of Boston I had an excellent experience with the service department at Mercedes-Benz of Boston, and I want to specifically recognize my service advisor, Albert Berisha, for his outstanding professionalism and care. From the moment I arrived, Albert was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. He took the time to clearly explain the service process, answered all of my questions, and kept me informed every step of the way. His communication was prompt and transparent, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Albert’s attention to detail, honesty, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction truly set him apart. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such a high level of customer care. Thanks to him, I felt confident that my vehicle was in excellent hands. Also, I want to recognize Stiljan, the service mechanic that worked on my car for his professional expertise and dedication. Mercedes-Benz of Boston is fortunate to have Albert on their team.
