Service is completed in a timely and professional manner. There is no hard pressure to have items id on inspection report to be done.
They Screwed up the paperwork a few times. But hey we finally got our vehicle.
My service advisor was great. Used car sales was a nightmare. Sold me a car with a broken transmission and broken AC. Transmission was fixed but they refused to fix the AC.
Michael was amazing and made the process pain free. It was very easy and efficient

Not everyone in the Service dept is professional. Having worked in automotive writing service, and running a shop, etc. for over 20 yrs, I expect a bit more from my Serv Advisors.
