JR Mendez service manager is very helpful and knowledgeable. He is a great communicator. I bought 3 Lexus automobiles from Butler Lexus and still own 2. He takes very good care of them.
Chuck Gamel's welcoming and great customer service include one of his team adviser Jr.. I am sure they smile from morning to the end of day (I have seen both) GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DIFFICULT TO FIND ANYMORE.
