Buying a car is not typically something that I look forward to. I have to say that working with Heritage Honda of Westminster was actually an enjoyable experience. Working with James Whittaker and his manager Joan Figuereo was a pleasure. James took the time to find out what vehicle with options we really wanted and when they realized that they did not have exactly what we wanted at their dealership Joan worked hard to find it. Not only did they find it but they got it back to the dealership by the end of the day for us to take home. They went way above and beyond anything I would have expected. Also. they were very fair with the price they offered for the vehicle we wanted to trade in. Then, at the end of the day when they had our car at the dealership and we sat down with Nancy in financing to finalize everything that also was a positive experience. She explained things thoroughly and took the time to answer all questions to ensure we left there with the financing and coverage which best suited us. All in all, a great experience and we would recommend Heritage Honda of Westminster to anyone looking for a vehicle. I can assure you that we will be returning there in the future to see James for our next vehicle purchase.
