I had a great experience at millennium Honda. I went in with an issue with my cars radio/display. After diagnostics they were able to locate the issue and replace a defective battery. Rob was really great! He took the time to explain everything to me when I arrived to pickup my car. He was very informative and friendly and just while waiting in line you can tell he really took his time to give attention to every customer. Great customer service by him and honestly the whole team. Everyone was great!
- The initial Sale and Finance discussions were not that transparent and confusing. - Greater communication between the salesman and myself was expected. - There seems to be a disconnect between the different departments. - I felt rushed and was not able to get a car set-up/overview prior to leaving the dealership. - Tyrone Hill was EXCELLENT. VERY helpful and easy to understand.
They were fine for the most part. Their finance department needs to update their buyers agreement contract to better reflect the RISC agreement contract. Revisions can be made and initialed by both parties.
Ms. Gwindalyn is the best!! She was also very understanding and a woman of her word. Couldn’t thank her enough for all her help.
