Ayman was supposed to get back to me regarding a cargo area mat. We first spoke about not last Tuesday but the Tuesday before. He said give him a couple of days and he woukd get back to me. I texted him last Monday to which he responded he would call me Tuesday after not hearing from him I texted him again this past Friday morning and still no reply. I would like to resolve this. In addition there was a package of protection items that Inwas forced to take. The original price was $2000! He said the best he could do was reduce it to $1,000. I had no choice. I believe this charge was unnecessary I already paid a lot for 5he car it shouldn’t need this. Also when reading the material it I believe it said I was supposed to get some type of welcome kit which I never received.
Wonderful staff and team. I was able to walk in and out with the car I wanted. Pricing and finance office was a breeze. Great place to buy a car.
