I found BMW of Barrington to be a very pleasant place to purchase a vehicle. The easiest process of purchasing a vehicle in a long time. My only concerns were the protection plan that is added to every vehicle but is not mentioned until you start talking numbers. It is an extra $1995 cost that is quietly built into their pricing. The other issue I had was with requiring BMW financing in order to get a discount on the price. Minor "surprises" in an otherwise very positive experience. As far as my experience working with Jorge, I could not have been more pleased. Jorge was professional, patient and knowledgeable. We spent a lot of time looking at models and test driving cars so the time we spent there was long but it was not because of the dealership. If you want an enjoyable buying experience I would strongly recommend working with Jorge. Kara (BMW Genius) was also wonderful to work with in showing us the many features available with our X3.
