I usually don't write reviews, as I know things happen and I just brush it off. Not this time. Let me first say the service people up front a great. Friendly, helpful, and very courteous. I would got back to them in a heart beat. Now once it leaves their hands is where the problems start, the actual service mechanics. My wife and I purchased a lexus convertible for our 'play' car as we enter retirement years. There were a few things to take care of and only wanted the lexus dealership to do them.....minor things. The first visit went well, except when I got it home I found grease smeared all over the drivers side door on the leather. Ok, I cleaned it up..... not a big deal, but they should be more careful. The next week I took it in for some fluid changes and when I picked it up, I notices a long trail of some kind of fluid from the rear window brake light, all the way down the trunk to the taillight. I wiped it with my finger and figured is was coffee or the like and would wash it off when I go home. Well it was several days before I remembered, and it was still there after I washed it off. Had to get some rubbing compound to get it to fade. Its still a lttle visible, cause I know where it is. But this should not have happened. I was so upset with them. Anyway, I will think twice before going back.

The Lexus of car dealers in NW Louisiana. No better service. If Lexus ever offers a vehicle as large as the Sequoia, we'll be first in line. Loved our RX300, and the excellent staff @ Harvey Lexus.
