What Others Say

Mark took care of us once again seamless transition! If you looking for a car this is the place!

It was great working with Devon, knowledge rich and on the same page as I was through it all. I will be back and purchase from Devon and Estle Chevy again.

I purchased a used no warranty vehicle—love the vehicle but had issues with fewer than 500 miles driven. Spoke with my salesman, Mark. He asked me to make an appt with service dept to check into the the cause. I believe the issues were fixed. They stood behind their sale. Thank you!

Was fast & easy spent very little time at the dealership communicated very well they even filled up the car

They fixed the issue when we took it in for service, we were very satisfied

Brianne was very nice to work with, very professional, and would work with her again. But in the future, there may be two reasons I would not return to Estles . 1.. Once I purchased the vehicle, I let Brianna know that there was less than an eighth of tank of fuel in it. I asked if she could put gas in it before I took it home. She said sure and mind you I just spent $20,000 and I know that’s not a lot these days but it is to me. Not sure what their policy is, but Estles would’ve had to spend about. $40/$50 to fill up the tank, the tank came back half full.. 2. Once I purchased the vehicle, and prepared to take it home, I was handed one set of keys.. At no time was this mentioned or I would’ve asked for another set to be . Made before agreeing to purchase. As you may or may not know it’s probably about $250 to make a new set of keys with a key fob these days. Which is ridiculous itself. God forbid we just make a regular key. Now that’s $250 more out of my pocket. Like I said, Brianna was very professional and enjoyed working with her and may do it again in the future. But these two things will always be in the back of my mind about Estles.
