I visited the dealership with my 85-year-old mother, who needed to replace her Rav4. Bill had several possible cars lined up and ready to view/drive. His knowledge of all the vehicles was impressive, as was his patience. Bill made what could have been a trying experience a very pleasant one.
Service was great and very timely I love the shuttle service. I have 20,000 miles on my car and the guy checking tires is like you need new tires soon. I asked what the life span of these tires are and his response was 55,0000 miles but Michelson are not good they come on the new vehicles and do not last. I felt he was on commission for tire sales. I would definitely get other estimates on tire quality and life span from other places before getting tires from your dealer ship. The approach was a complete turn off.
After some initial concerns, Wilde was able to get things done quickly and keep true to the numbers that we agreed upon. Was in and out during sale day fairly quickly as well.
I went in for a standard oil change and they got me in and out as expected without any issues
Quality and fast service work. The facility is also very clean with great coffee options.
