It was a pleasure working with John Culotta. He was very detail oriented and covered all the information we wanted in a thoughtful and professional manner. We didn't expect to drive off the lot with a new car - but he made it happen.

Folks you all know the stress of buying a vehicle. My stress was high as I shopped for a good used Tundra. Then I called White River Toyota & Brian Fortier answer the call. Brian made my stress melt away, as we discuss the purchase of this Truck. Since I was a serious buyer, I asked to place a deposit on the 2020 Tundra that just came in on a trade. The next day I drove to the WRJ and took a test drive signed the papers to allow a credit check in preparation for the buy. I was there 30 min. The next day, I spoke with the business manager Lucas, who was so easy to work with, as now I was able to request the other papers be sent to me for Doc U sign. Then a few days later after, the 2020 Tundra had gone through Toyota Certification re conditioning with 4 new tires. I drove to WRJ dropped the keys to my trade in, signed the last document and drove off in my 2020 Tundra! I was in the Dealership for less than 5 min !
