We had a very good experience at Westside. Our salesman, Alex, initially let me know they didn’t have the car I wanted, but impressively followed up weeks later when one became available. He was responsive, flexible, and knowledgeable throughout the long-distance purchase process. Manny and Christian made financing easy and efficient. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism.
Great selection of cars, big inventory, really great sales man (Joe. Breau). Very available. Would recommend this dealership.
Sales consultant was excellent. However, disappointed on service. We bought the floor model, we asked specially to make sure car was detailed from inside properly as it had so many finger print marks on screen, door panel etc. This was not done correctly.
Shawn was a straight shooter, kept me informed, answered all my questions without making me feel I am asking too many. The finance guy was also very helpful and nice.
Great experience! The dealership is a nice facility with friendly staff. In the beginning of the process, I felt like I wasn't trying to be sold a vehicle because they sell themselves!
