Just purchased a 2023 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum with 14400 miles. Found the vehicle online scheduled a test drive. During the test drive noticed the brakes had issues. Told Ricky and he had new breaks put on. On the drive home the air wasn't working right (not getting cold enough). I called, they came and picked it up (1.5 hours) to fix it. I am aware used vehicle have some issues. So far they are providing excellent service in my opinion (Ricky and Drew). I'll provide an update later.

The happiness from my experience is based solely on the service I received from Jacques Michel @ Westgate Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Their selection is great & after the purchase of "Tango" {the Durango} there were a couple of issues regarding the tire & one of the seatbelts that needed attention. While it would take more than the afternoon to repair the issues & the need of a loaner vehicle {that was NOT available}, Mr Michel kindly sat me down with a snack & beverage & then he disappeared. He returned just a bit later with the keys & Tango was safe for the holiday travel planned that weekend. Jacques took it upon himself to make the necessary repairs & get me back on the road safely. What mattered to me that day mattered to him. You care about the vehicle your choosing and Mr Michel will care about you AND your vehicle. My son-in-law purchased a truck from Mr Michel shortly thereafter. He's part of the family now. Go where it matters, go to Westgate and ask for Jacques Michel, the best in the business

I had a great experience with Westgate. One of the fastest car buying experiences I've had.

The sales representative - that represented your establishment – displayed a professional customer service philosophy – that should become the standard blue- print; for all of the sales representative at your organization . Mr. Jacques Michel really knows - “HOW TO CLOSE A CUSTOMER”. Mr. Michel had offered a relief -to my car shopping needs, and he also added a lot of personal interpersonal communication with an genial need to satisfy my needs. I am so grateful , and appreciative of his gracious customer service skills. I had visited your car dealership twice before, and was given poor customer service by my previous sales representatives. They were both unconcern with my needs , and did not want to work out a deal- that would be beneficial to both you and your cooperation ; and me. They did not show the care , and eagerness to please me as Mr. Michel had. The only reason , that, I had returned to your car dealership for the third time is because : My partner – Ms. Eugenia Shaw had purchased a vehicle from your Dealership: Also my father Mr. Emmette Smith had purchased a{ DODGE RAM TRUCK}- from your dealership. Because – they had purchased vehicles from your dealership- and were satisfied with the service. I took another chance- and traveled from Butner, North Carolina to your dealership and try to work out a good purchasing car deal.
