The entire leasing process was incredibly smooth. From Alexis to Nick to Matthew, they all showed great kindness and answered all questions I had. I had been between a few different dealerships, and even other Subarus, but this was by far the friendliest and most accommodating one! I couldn’t recommend more :)
Jason was amazing. Very helpful and we will be back to work with him again, purely because of his kindness and accommodation. He explained things thoroughly and clearly., and made us feel comfortable.
Everyone I met was courteous and polite. When I said I wanted to be sure the cross trex would fit in my garage, Ken offered to come to my house and check if the car would fit. That was impressive and I appreciated that. It was definitely a plus in my experience. And I absolutely love my car.
