Very professional, no pressure, process. Sean always tried to make the process smooth( I already knew what type of Subaru I wanted). This was our 7th Subaru since over the past 40 years, but the third one at Wayne Subaru. Vincent was very good showing me the details of the car. The business manager helped make the paper work as stressless as possible. Trade in value for my old car was very fair. am just waiting for my new registration and title. I Would highly recommend the dealership. Thx
Vincent was excellent in explaining features of my new crosstrek. he followed up with me 2 weeks later . I made another appointment to ask more questions and help in setting things up.
