This service department has friendly staff and dependable service. I would recommend to other Ford drivers.
The service at Wayne Acres Ford was excellent. The technician and service desk representative were helpful and professional and prompt with the service on my vehicle.
Kristian was extremely unprofessional. I have coverage for oil changes through fidelity, after nearly 100k miles on my expedition, he now wants to change the rules on how I use the coverage. When I explained to him how it was used for the past 4 years he kept shrugging his shoulders and telling me “well not anymore”. I left Wayne Akers for the first time yesterday extremely disappointed with the service I received and without getting my maintenance done.
Wayne Akers employees are the absolute best!!! This is a fabulous Dealership!! Everyone is so pleasant and easy to work with, it's a pleasure to go in and have my car serviced there. My Service Advisor Ben is amazing!! I was so happy to hear that he'll be my Service Advisor each time I go in. Thank you Wayne Akers for having such a great Ford Dealership!!!
Very satisfying, it was first time bringing my vehicle for servicing, my husband usually does it, the team was very kind and helpful.
