I worked with and got a quote online. Went to the dealer with the quote and was in and out in two hours. The most pleasant buying experience ever
Dealership was very efficient. Repair started with mobile service which was excellent. Service advisor kept me informed and returned the repaired vehicle as promised. Service manager listened to my concerns and provided a loaner truck that fulfilled my needs.
The service department is excellent. However, the car I bought has been nothing but trouble since day one.
Upon arrival I was immediately greeted and assisted with services. Service and sales have been good with problems and questions.
Brandon was an astounding individual very well mannered along with being very supportive & approachable. Made the experience at Ford a pleasant visit! He was very patient & willing to answer all my questions. I truly felt I was in good hands a very well organized professional I must add.
