Took two hours to tell me I needed new tires for my inspection to pass. 932 dollars for 4 tires. Outrageous. Got them elsewhere and put on for about 500 less. Waste of time and wasted my time Monday leaving their online scheduler active for a holiday that service wasn’t even there for. Terrible experience every time. President reached out and offered to pay for the tires in return for my wasted time. Adjusting the review for the sake of the effort to make things right. Hopefully the service team can catch up.
