Excellent service team. Easy to schedule an appointment and when I brought my car in, it was a smooth, efficient process to have the service work done. I was kept informed on the process and was even taken out to the car to make sure it was satisfactory.
Jerry Adams, my service advisor at Shottenkirk Ford Service Department in Jasper, GA, took care of my 2018 Ford Escape, and provided, as always, exceptional service. The check engine light came on. I stopped by without an appointment. Jerry had the problem diagnosed and was able to fit the Escape in for repair. He arranged a shuttle ride home for me, and a pickup after the repair service was completed. This within one day. This kind of excellent customer service is typical of Jerry. I also want to thank everyone who was involved in making it possible.
My experience with this dealership was pleasant and enjoyable. The buying process was fast and efficient and the salesman went the extra mile to accommodate me. I left my garage door opener in my trade and he went out of his way to mail it to me. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
