Great experience Fred Walters is excellent and a great asset to Val Ward The sales manager Jose is also excellent I brought my car in for service and got a new car because of them
I would 100% recommend this service department. While my vehicle was in service I had their loaner which was electric like my vehicle. While I was out of town for work, I went to charge it at a Tesla charging station. When I plugged in the charger one of the pins broke off inside the vehicle charging port, so I couldn’t charge it and had to take it to another Cadillac dealership Ed Morse on the east coast of FL in Sunrise. While I was there, I called my dealer ship to explain what happened to see what to do with the issue I had. I talked to Steve Whittaker and he was extremely supportive and fully helpful with helping me get the loaner fixed. He talked to the service manager at Ed Morse to see what they could do to get it fixed in a timely manner. Because of his help the vehicle got fixed within a hr. Steve is an extremely professional and caring person who did everything he could to help me and needs to be rewarded with his service. He is the type of person that makes companies better and why people like myself will always go here for service and to purchase vehicles. He went above and beyond what I could ever imagine by anyone in helping me. I will do everything I can on spreading the word how appreciative I am with this service department. Again, Steve Whittaker is a true professional leader and his caring of customers is beyond the best I’ve ever experienced. Thank you very much, Moe Moge

Jeff Miller is very kind, not pushy or aggressive, but informative, thoughtful and has ya felling like family.
Val ward is my go too for my 2014 SRX, they are always up front with my needs when it comes to my car. Easy to make appointments and the reps are helpful.
