Honestly it was a really good experience. BCS Toyota was the 3rd dealership we went to looking for a used truck and was all around good. Jared was really nice, responsive, and fun to be around. He's not listed in the sales dept that I can see, but 5-stars for sure. The original offer for the truck was reasonable and the dealership was open to negotiations.

My 4Runner had to be towed to the dealership as the alternator went out. This is the first time I had my vehicle serviced without an appointment, and maybe that’s why this service experience did not live up to the rest. My vehicle was delivered to the dealership before noon, and Justin was off that day. Another advisor told me that I would get a call first thing next morning to discuss the repair. At approximately. 8am I called and spoke with Justin. A few hours later I happened to check my phone and found that I had been sent a text with the recommended repairs for me to authorize. This may well be efficient for the dealership, but I found it very impersonal, and would have delayed my repair if I did not check my phone. I was notified when my repair was complete, and I am satisfied with the repair. I have always been treated well by Justin and the dealership as a whole, as my previous survey responses will show. I will continue to be a customer and appreciate Justin’s effort and attention. Just didn’t care for the automation and would rather speak with my advisor pertaining to the service of my vehicles. Thank you!

I can honestly say that this was the best vehicle purchasing experience that I may have ever had. As soon as I showed up on the lot, my sales guy Robert came out and immediately got to work on looking for what I wanted and even educated me on the ram truck I had, educated me on their tundras and then listened to what I was needing and looking for. They didn’t have the truck that I saw on line yet since it hadn’t come in, but they immediately found a 2025 that fit what I needed and they worked hard to get me at a price point that was affordable for me. In summary, best sales guy who knew his stuff, adaptable finance team and professional. Additionally, at no point ever did I feel pressured to purchase or even have the typical sales tactics with keeping keys or being argumentative, etc.

Great experience with John Gray, very knowledgeable and accommodating. Process was a tad lengthy. But we did test drive 3 vehicles. Price and condition of used vehicle was very good. All in all a good experience.
