Good experience only problem it took 6 days to get after purchase and communication was slow

We discovered a problem as we were getting ready to drive off the lot…the electrical cord to charge our hybrid jeep was missing. Jason Clemons had a cord sent to us! While I live in Erie PA, took a risk when Twin Cities had new a Durango I was interested in via internet stock check. Paul & Jason were easy to work with on phone pre-sale, during the sale, & post sale followup. Paul's numerous calls were made to make sure sale was timely & no problems. Paul/Twin graciously shipped back home my Stanley thermos that was left in my 'old' Durango trade in. Paperwork was also timely & complete. Very pleased with Paul's assistance & team at Twin Cities dealership. Thank you.
Paul was great to work with. Sales managers kept messing up the deal numbers and Paul was patient while they got their act together.
