I'm extremely dissatisfied with how things went down. The decision to push forward with the deal felt rushed, and I didn't appreciate the pressure to make a purchase on the spot. I was in tremendous pain from sciatic nerve and taking pain medicine. Buying a vehicle should be a straightforward process, but this experience was frustrating and overwhelming, with no opportunity to think critically or negotiate the price! What’s done is done!
I received a friendly welcome and my service representative was knowledgeable and helpful in telling me the options to solve my tire issue.
I have been a customer of Toyota of Easley for a number of years and have enjoyed the relationship. I saw a number of new faces in the service department. No big complaint but I find the personnel there slightly less welcoming as in the past. The quality of service is great!
