The service was done Professionally and the young man who assisted me was very courteous . I will recommend Toyota of Des Moines.
It was my first visit for service. I had questions that I didn't feel were being answered; I asked to see the service manager. Both came out to hear my concerns. I was very satisfied with the service manager's response to my concerns. I checked in with my salesman; he was very responsive!
Outstanding! The splash pan came loose and was hanging down. Toyota was able to get me in the same day I called. I was totally blown away after they fixed it because they used the words - “no charge”. Toyota of Des Moines consistently exceeds expectations. Thanks Ian and Terry for your help.

Quick service, great video provided of the inspection of the tires, brakes, filters, fluid levels.
Great experience but too many surveys My only complaint is that you wont leave me alone about surveys.
