I was greeted when I got there and Gabe told me exactly what was happening through the whole process. I had just bought a battery a year ago and my battery was showing a low reading and so they put it on some kind of a device for further testing. As it worked out, I had a warranty so I was able to get a new battery! Thanks Gabe for going extra mile!
Great service! I got updated via a video of the service done to my car.
Justin more than accmodated me in lieu of a critical 4wd failure. He got my Tundra in the shop, orderd part and it was done by 9 AM the nest day. Including 'vermin safeguards' to prevent future problems caused by vermin chewing on wiring.
Consuelo answered all of our questions. We didn't have a long wait time. Toyota was accommodating.
Helping and thinking about people Nice system set up I would recommend it and use it again , accommodating my needs
They were friendly, fast, respectful, did good work. It cost me money though which was a definite :( but the rates were ultimately agreeable if big for my budget
