The service was done Professionally and the young man who assisted me was very courteous . I will recommend Toyota of Des Moines.
It was my first visit for service. I had questions that I didn't feel were being answered; I asked to see the service manager. Both came out to hear my concerns. I was very satisfied with the service manager's response to my concerns. I checked in with my salesman; he was very responsive!
Great experience but too many surveys My only complaint is that you wont leave me alone about surveys.
The experience was very good. They explained everything to me very well. The appt was started on time and the work was completed much quicker than expected.
