McLoughlin Chevrolet and Elliott were not the first dealership or sales person I called - nevertheless they were the absolute best! Did they call me back if I couldn't reach them right away - yes. Did they email me information I requested within 24 hours, typically right away, and even responding on their days off (super nice, but not necessary) - yes. Elliott came in on his day off to ensure the car was prepped and ready. This is was a wonderful example of great customer service. Thanks again to Elliott, and Gary, and the each member I talked to. I was able to get in and get a used car quickly with no hassle. Eric was great. Michael helped me by including a charger with the deal and Dylan was helpful the whole way.

Alex is great. Really helpful and no pressure to do anything, let me guide the process. I love the car so the results speak for themselves. And Alex is young but has good vibes and a nice demeanor. As others mentioned, I could have done without the buy up pressure but I gave my final price and they met it. So that was a good result.

I could not be happier with my experience with McLoughlin Chevrolet. Adam, Dave, Dylan and Joe treated me like family. I would not buy a Chevrolet anywhere else and this was my third from this dealership. I live too far away to consistently use the service department, however when I have, they have done a great job for me. Buying cars can be a pain at times, but not here. Everything went very smoothly. Adam did a great job of walking me through the new features on my Tahoe. Dave, as always, did a great job going over the financial side of things and Dylan worked very hard locating and delivering the difficult to find Tahoe I was requesting.

Fantastic team. Adam and Dave made our purchase of a 2025 Silverado effortless. Will return in the future.
