Communication was great. The service rep was great; going above and beyond to find us a loner car. It was easy; no unexpected surprises. We were pleased with the experience.
Communication was kind, consistent and thorough. I did expect my tires to be filled topped with air. Good experience overall.
10 stars. Fixed the car. Fixed the "customer service disaster." That is my quote when talking with the service advisor Kyle Portis. I told him to talk with his manager Abby Bacon early and often. They have the best data on my 2014 Sonic. They have the best parts for my car. Kyle and Abby are extremely knowledgeable, persevering, and care enough to make it right. 5 star service. 5 star service recovery.
