Well Robert has helped me numerous times with my truck and he is very proficient and has a great smile. I really appreciate the fact that I dropped off my truck Friday before closing and he was still able to squeeze me in for Saturday ! Kudos to this team Nissan service writer👍🏾

It was super easy to get an appointment but the attention to service was lacking. Apparently my car was ready before noon but because my service guy was on lunch delegation wasn’t passed down and therefore I had to request status on my vehicle. Also they said my car was out for washing but my car looked exactly the same from when I brought it in.
