Tim was great. One thing I would recommend however is not leaving vehicles running during the course of the whole transaction with the air running set for 60 degrees. The reason I say that is because according to carfax, the truck we bought hadn't had an oil change/Service since 2023. Half way home, oil pressure dropped completely out. We pulled over and let it cool for about 20 minutes. And finished our ride home. The entire issue was related to 3 year old oil and not the vehicle or anything the dealership did. It's actually a great truck. Tim was great at helping us out with the purchase. In spite of the oil pressure incident we're still happy with the purchase.
