Nicole Sena handled the check in & check out well. Other staff did a good job with greeting me, oil change, & tire rotation.
I love visiting Granite Subaru - not just to view the new models and relax in their massage chairs. The greeter at the Service Department door made me feel welcome and important. The real-time updates from the Service Department on what needs to be done to my car help me prepare for the results rather than being shocked.
