Taking 8 days to receive a car I bought from them. I'm sure they didn't wait that long to cash my check.
Took GM vehicle in for an oil change. Vehicle leaking oil from filter on garage floor. Called dealer and they acted like it couldn't be something they did. Emailed service manager no response. I need to have oil changes at a dealer to maintain a powertrain warranty or I'd go it right myself like all my other vehicles.
Took my truck to get oil change. Cost 145.00- I left for south dakota the next day. Drove to Spearfish South Dakota. 15 miles before arriving my low oil light cane on. i pulled over- checked oil stick- no oil. Drove to dealer- they check and find out oil plug hanging by a thread. puklich did not tighten oil plug- I could have damaged engine if I would have drove further. Had to pay another 145.00 for new service.the rest of our trip the truck smells like burnt metal. Had to to go back to dealer twice- we should have been hiking- instead we spent a lot of our vacation at the dealer in South Dakota

Even something as simple as an Oil Change is just better at Puklich. They washed the vehicle and are always fast and efficient. Every encounter I have had with Puklich from Sales to Service to Auto Body has been great. Only Dealership we use now unless we are out of state and need something. Which after being spoiled by Puklich the others could use some lessons in Customer Service.
When making the appointment for my routine oil change, I made the appointment for 8am. When I arrived to drop off my vehicle the appointment was set for 2pm. I left the car there and they gave me a ride home. Upon getting home I was prepared to wait until 3pm. It is currently almost 4pm and I have not received a call to tell me service is complete, and when I called they transferred me three times only to end up leaving a message. I'm not happy, this has essentially limited my day to the afternoon, when everything is closed. I was unable to complete any of the things I needed to do today because the man who made my appointment set it for the wrong time, and it does not take two hours to change the oil. If there was some other problem they should have called to see if I had the money to cover them.
