Check in and loaner process was very smooth. Work was fast and seemed great to me.
Their customer service is excellent. The moment you drive into the service bay, someone greets you and checks you in. Plus they don't try to sell you something you don't need. And you get regular updates via text while you wait.
I had a really good customer service experience from Service department. They were very proactive.
Everyone is always very friendly and easy to work with. My only negative experience is it often is more costly than I expect.
I can go there anytime as walk in customer and they will have time to give the service i need. They also are mindful of your car maintenance and recommends what is best.
The best dealership that I have used in 20 years. Everything that I can think of regarding maintenance has been done.
