I had the absolute best experience with Jim. I came in looking to upgrade my car and dealt with a ton of other dealerships that just were not very upfront and honest. But Jim came up to me and was just very kind made the whole process easy and was upfront and honest about everything and it was such a great experience. Never thought I would see myself in a GMC but thanks to Jim, I am now in the car I absolutely love!
